ABOUT
Philip qualified as a motor mechanic in South Africa in the mid-1990s and moved to Auckland, New Zealand in 2001. With over two decades in the automotive service industry, his experience will speak for itself. Highly trained at dealership level, he was a Diagnostic Master Technician then promoted to Foreman at New Zealand’s largest Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda dealership. After spending some time at an independent Porsche specialist, he moved to sunny Perth in 2011.
A history and love of motorsport in South Africa has followed him to Perth, He currently prepares and race's several Volkswagen vehicles in Perth.
Deon qualified as a motor mechanic in the mid-1990s with a specific love for motorsport. Having worked for a number of performance workshops and later being self-employed, he is highly skilled in race car preparation. Deon was involved in various racing categories, including: VW Polo Cup, VW Challenge Racing Series, Production Car Racing Series and the National Rally Championship in South Africa.
Relocating to Perth with his family in 2016, Deon's wealth of knowledge is a great asset for Eurospec. Deon plans to continue his involvement in racing – its an addiction.
